The Banco de España publishes the 2017 Complaints Report
On Friday 26 October 2018, the Governing Council of the Banco de España approved the “2017 Complaints Report”. As in previous editions, this report presents a comprehensive statistical study of financial services users’ enquiries and the complaints they have filed against institutions supervised by the Banco de España. It also publicises the criteria followed in the resolution of these claims.
The changes this year include the new tables and charts, aiming to make it easier to understand the data included in the Report, as well as a new Chapter 4, which presents a selection of the most significant consultations received, and the appendices, which on this occasion cover the advertising of institutions’ banking products and services.
