Investors: tips to avoid financial scams and fraud

As part of the outreach efforts outlined in the Action Plan against Financial FraudAbre en ventana nueva, the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) is offering its financial fraud guide to the public in a nine-episode podcast series. These podcasts offer basic advice for private investors in an engaging and straightforward manner. The CNMV is one of the institutions, alongside the Banco de España and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Digital Transformation, behind the Financial Education Plan.

These episodes aim to provide investors with useful information to help them identify and avoid scams. Additionally, the format and channels used are intended to reach young audiences who are very familiar with them and are often targets for fraud.
