Who will win a visit to the Gold Vault?

The finalists of the Financial Literacy Competition will be the people selected to visit the Banco de España, including the Gold Vault. The Competition, organised by Finances for All (Finanzas para Todos), is held each year among the schools adhering to the Financial Education Programme.
The face-to-face qualifiers begin on 10 September, among the finalist teams. The first qualifier will see IES La Florida (Las Torres de Cotillas, Murcia) face Institut Sabadell (Sabadell, Barcelona) in the Barcelona Branch of the Banco de España.
The two finalists will play in the final round on the Financial Education Day Abre en ventana nuevaitself, 7 October, and the prizes will be:
- A tablet for each student taking part.
- A cheque for €1,500 and €750, for the first and second prizes, respectively, in educational materials for the school.
- A guided tour of the Banco de España and the Palacio de la Bolsa for the students and teachers responsible for the finalists.
- A celebratory meal and a diploma.
- Also, the winning team will be able to benefit from a scholarship for a placement at the Banco de España or the Spanish National Securities Market Commission (CNMV).
