What mortgage fees can you save this year?

If you have a variable rate mortgage and are thinking about changing to a fixed rate mortgage or paying off capital, this will interest you.

The law passed to assist vulnerable mortgage borrowers grants a fee exemption for this year to bank customers who have decided to move to a fixed rate mortgage or to fully or partially pay off a variable rate mortgage.

Although Royal Decree-Law 19/2022 is designed to ease the burden of households experiencing financial hardship, any mortgage borrower may request the application of this measure, regardless of their financial situation.
