The principles of good banking practices are a series of guidelines laid down by the Banco de España to steer banks towards responsible and diligent management that is respectful to their customers. Some of these principles, which are applied in the resolution of complaints lodged with the Institutions’ Conduct Department, can be found on the Bank Customer Portal.
