07/03/2023
The Banco de España will be taking part in Open Gov Week, which runs from 20 to 24 March.
This global initiative, organised by the Open Government Partnership,Abre en ventana nueva aims to bridge the gap between public administrations and the general public.
The sessions will take place at the Banco de España’s Madrid headquarters and its branch offices in Alicante, Barcelona, Badajoz, Bilbao, Malaga, Murcia, Seville, Santa Cruz de Tenerife, Valencia and Zaragoza. Some of the workshops can be attended virtually.
One of the workshops, How can the Banco de España help you in your dealings with banks? describes the steps for filing complaints with banks and the Banco de España’s role in the process.
Other workshops take a practical look at how higher prices and interest rates affect bank customers and how to protect against fraud in banking transactions.
All of the workshops are free of charge and open to the general public, subject to registration and capacity. Registrations are open until Tuesday 14 March.
The workshop programme and registration forms are available on the Banco de España websiteAbre en ventana nueva.
