Bank transfer fees

There are three options:

• SHA: the sender pays the fees charged by his/her bank and the recipient pays those charged by his/hers, so that the expenses are shared.
• OUR: the sender pays all the transaction expenses.
• BEN: the recipient pays all the fees.

Please remember that, for transfers executed in the Single Euro Payments Area (SEPA), the legislation establishes that the expenses must be shared (SHA).
