Last chance to make commission-free mortgage changes

If you’re thinking of switching your mortgage from variable rate to fixed rate or making an early repayment, now is the time: there is less than a month left to do so without paying any fees. Until 31 December, current regulations grant an exemption from paying them.

Remember that any mortgagor can apply for this exemption regardless of their economic situation.
