Probate services fee. Good practice criteria.

Banking good practice criteria are a series of guidelines that the Banco de España has established to guide banks towards responsible, diligent and respectful customer management. You can find some of these criteria, which are followed when handling customers’ complaints filed with the Institutions' Conduct Department, on the Bank Customer Portal.

Today we are publishing a new criterion relating to the probate services fee. This criterion has been revised and has been applicable since 8 July 2020, the date of publication of the 2019 Annual Complaints Report.
