Participate in the Generation €uro Contest!

Are you interested in the economy and want to test your knowledge of the role of the European Central Bank and monetary policy? The Banco de España launches the fifteenth edition of the Generation €uro Contest, aimed at Baccalaureate students and middle-grade training cycles. Around 2,000 students participated in the previous edition.

To participate, it is necessary to form a team of 3 to 5 students, together with a coordinating teacher, and face these three challenges:

• An online test on economics and monetary policy.
• The preparation of a written exercise consists of an analytical proposal on a monetary policy decision.
• If you reach the final, you will defend your proposal before a jury of experts at the headquarters of the Bank of Spain.

The best teams will receive economic prizes, tablets, diplomas and an exclusive visit to the Ticket Printer (IMBISA) and the Palacio de la Bolsa in Madrid.

The registration period is open from today until October 21, at 14:00.
