From the point of view of the National Securities Market Commission (CNMV) as the organisation that ensures proper functioning of the stock exchange and that mediates within the market, this programme addresses the importance of ensuring that any information on companies quoted on public stock markets that may interest investors, is transmitted through the so-called relevant events.

Las cuentas claras is a radio programme about personal finance, broadcast every Wednesday at 10:42am on Radio 5, in cooperation with the Financial Education Plan, an initiative by Banco de España and CNMV.
