Account information service providers.

Account information service providers are institutions that have registered to perform account information service activities on a professional basis, as provided for in Article 15Abre en ventana nueva of Royal Decree-Law 19/2018. These institutions have the status of payment service providers.

The account information service is a service that allows you to consult the information on the accounts you hold in your name in one or more banks in aggregate form, without having to access each bank.

The institutions providing this service provide us with complete and instant information on our financial situation at all times, which helps us keep better overall control of expenses and income if we have more than one payment account.

Once registered, these institutions can be consulted in the Banco de España Institutions RegisterAbre en ventana nueva.
